TYPES OF SAUNAS
There are many types of saunas, which meet even the most refined tastes – a Finnish sauna, sauna aroma, herbal sauna, sauna with chromotherapy, salt sauna, infrared sauna, Russian sauna, etc.
Varieties of the warm room come from the cladding materials, the heating method, differences in lighting or sensory sensations, which are achieved.

-FINNISH SAUNA
The Finnish sauna is the most classic type of sauna. The entire room is lined with wood. Most often, northern spruce is used, white pine, red cedar and other materials, which do not heat up at high temperature, easy to maintain and do not absorb odors. The Finnish sauna can be made according to an individual project on several levels, with a view to their use by more people and ensuring their comfort.
The temperature in the room is high, around 100°C, and the humidity does not exceed 30 %. An electric stove or a wood stove with volcanic stones are used to reach and maintain the temperature. An integral part of the Finnish sauna are its accessories - a thermometer and a hygrometer, hourglass, a bucket for water and a whisk of birch twigs.
The stay in this type of sauna is approx 10 to 15 minutes, after which cooling is recommended, by dipping in a cold pool or taking a cold or cool shower.

-SAUNA AROMA
The temperature in the room of the aroma sauna is of the order of 70 °C, with air humidity up to 30 %. Apart from the effects of heat on the body, in the aroma sauna, the effects of aromatherapy are also relied upon, adding lavender oil, eucalyptus, myrrh, mint and others.

-SAUNA WITH CHROMOTHERAPY (COLOR THERAPY)
Chromotherapy is a method of dealing with stress, relaxing the senses and having a beneficial effect on a person's physical and mental health, through the influence of colors through the eyes, and through the skin. Colors can be absorbed by the skin, thereby affecting the internal organs of the body. Each color has a different impact, therefore through the combination of colors and special lighting, the useful actions of the sauna are achieved to relieve stress and daily tension.

-SALT SAUNA (HIMALAYAN SALT)
Salt sauna therapies balance the damage, caused by our negative living conditions and improves many of the body's functions. Heated Himalayan salt offers air enriched with negative ions, which improves our physical condition, as well as increases our resistance to stress. suitable for relaxation and meditation. Salt sauna treatment is known as halotherapy and is widespread in developed countries;

-INFRARED SAUNA
Just like the other types, the infrared sauna is a place for relaxation and rest. The difference lies in the source of heat and the method of heating. While in the Finnish sauna, the air in the room is heated by a stove, in the infrared sauna, the body is heated directly by infrared lamps. The temperature is lower here, about 55º C. This makes this type of sauna suitable for people with low blood pressure or heart problems. In the infrared sauna, the air is dry and therefore breathing is not difficult.
And with these saunas, the linings and benches can be the same, as well as Finnish ones. Again, combinations are possible according to your project and desire. Reach out to us, we will help you choose the right type of sauna for you.

-RUSSIAN SAUNA
In the Russian sauna, the room is heated using wood stoves, by heating special stones, distinguished by a high coefficient and ability to retain and release heat. Heated stones maintain the temperature in the room, and when heated to a sufficiently high temperature, they are poured with water, to form steam and reach the desired air humidity.

-WAS A SAUNA
The bio sauna is a modern alternative to the traditional Finnish sauna and is designed for people, which do not withstand high temperature. This type of sauna is suitable for older people and visitors with high blood pressure.
The bio sauna is a sauna with a humid atmosphere with a maximum temperature of around 55°-75°C. and humidity in the range 50-70%. Its specific feature is the slight humidification of the air, by means of a built-in mini steam generator in the electric stove.
The bio sauna is characterized by lighting with changing colors, which has a soothing and relaxing effect and leads to an improvement in the condition of the skin.
